4. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be reasonably selected according to the use conditions.
5. The running speed of the conveyor belt should not be greater than 2.5m/s, and the materials with large blockiness and abrasive properties and the unloading device for fixed pears should be used at low speed as much as possible.
6. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission drum and the reversing pulley and the requirements for the groove angle of the roller should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
7. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the conveyor belt, and the groove should be used to reduce the impact on the conveyor belt when the material falls, so as to reduce the distance of the material drop; In the receiving section of the conveyor belt, the spacing of the rollers should be shortened and the buffer roller should be used as the leakage, and the conveyor belt should be compliant with a soft and moderate baffle plate, so as to avoid the baffle plate being too hard and scratching the belt surface of the conveyor belt.
8. When the conveyor is in use, it should be added and repaired in time for the lack of rollers, and the rollers are covered by materials, resulting in ineffective rotation, so as to prevent leakage from being stuck between the roller and the belt, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part of the conveyor belt, but not to oil the conveyor belt.
9. Avoid the conveyor belt being blocked by frames, pillars or block materials, prevent it from breaking and tearing, and when it is found that the conveyor belt is partially damaged, it should be repaired in time with rayon to avoid expansion.
