Open end timing belts with a variety of teeth shapes have proven to be a good choice for converting synchronous rotating action to linear motion. By connecting the ends with our clamping plates, we can provide an inexpensive, noise-free, and maintenance-free solution for oscillating or linear drives.

Our open end timing belts, with precise tooth pitches and very tiny tolerances, provide parallel and linear synchrony for a wide range of conveyor applications. Because of the narrower product spacing on the belt, the belts enable precise placement and gentle product conveyance while also enabling higher efficiency.

Timing belts with open ends may be linked indefinitely to any length, either in the workshop or immediately on the conveyor. If necessary, friction-reducing, wear-resistant polyamide fabric on the tooth side and abrasion-resistant polyamide fabric on the conveying side can be added.

We provide made-to-order belts spliced to any length by utilizing the same long-length belting. We can make one tooth longer or shorter than an available mold size, or a belt several hundred feet long. This is a fantastic choice for applications such as synchronous conveying, indexing, automation, and packing. The technology enables the flexibility of producing a single piece for prototype without the requirement for costly tooling or huge production numbers.
