Narrow V-band
Due to the characteristics of the belt structure, the narrow V-belt determines that it has a high bearing capacity and a long life, and is suitable for occasions with large load fluctuations and harsh working conditions. It is widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, lifting and other industrial equipment. The narrow V-belt wedge angle (the angle between the two sides of the V-belt) is 40°, the relative height is 0.9, and it is composed of the covering layer, the stretching rubber layer, the strong layer and the compression rubber layer.


The strength layer consists of multiple layers of rubberized cord or a single row of impregnated cords. The ratio of the width of the top surface of the band to the height of the band is 1.1~1.2, and the bandwidth is about 1/3 smaller than that of the ordinary V-belt, so the lateral stiffness is large. The top of the belt is arched, so that the rope core is still neatly arranged when stressed, so that the force is even, and the role of each rope is fully exerted. The discharge position of the strong layer cord is slightly higher, and the two sides of the belt are concave, and a layer of directional fibre is arranged between the strong layer and the compression layer. Due to the structural characteristics, the transmission capacity can be increased by 0.5~1.5 times compared with the ordinary V-belt at the same speed. When the transmission power is the same, the structural size of the narrow V-belt is reduced by 50% compared with the ordinary V-belt, the service life is significantly extended, the ultimate speed can reach 40~50m/s, and the transmission efficiency can reach 90%~97%. In addition, the use of narrow V-belts can shorten the distance between the transmission centers and reduce the width of the pulley, which is widely used for various power transmissions.

Coupling V-belts
The joint V-belt is a V-belt group with multiple V-belts of the same belt type connected into one at the top, which has a certain elasticity, can fit well with the wheel groove, and can make each belt evenly stressed. When running, it prevents band jitter, slapping, flipping, and tape dropping. It is especially suitable for high-power transmissions with shock, vibration and the working shaft perpendicular to the ground.
