Development characteristics
China's tape industry enterprises are widely distributed and numerous, but relatively concentrated. Almost all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the country have tape production enterprises, and there are hundreds of large and small enterprises; However, tape companies are mainly concentrated in Zhejiang, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Guangdong and other provinces and cities. In addition, the production volume of the top 10 companies in China's tape industry accounts for more than 60% of the total output of tape in the country. Quality status
In the past 20 years, China's belt products have developed rapidly, whether it is a conveyor belt or a transmission belt, the varieties are relatively complete, and in line with international standards. In terms of product quality, more attention is paid to the timely adoption of international standards and foreign advanced standards. There are more than 30 national or industry standards for products. These national or industry standards are basically formulated with reference to international standards or foreign advanced standards.
China's conveyor belts with synthetic fibers and steel wire rope cores as the skeleton account for about 80% of the total conveyor belts; The V-belt of the wire rope structure is close to 80% of the total V-belt, which is close to the international advanced level. Since 2003, the state has implemented a production license system for flame retardant conveyor belts and automotive V-belts, which has greatly promoted the improvement of the quality level of China's belt products. Flame retardant conveyor belts include four types: fabric core flame retardant conveyor belts (PVC type and PVG type) for underground coal mines, steel wire rope core flame retardant conveyor belts for coal mines and general flame retardant conveyor belts, in addition to heat-resistant conveyor belts, annular conveyor belts, etc., whose output accounts for about 1/3 of the total output of conveyor belts. Because the flame retardant conveyor belt requires flame retardant and static conduction, and is used in flammable and explosive places controlled by the state, the technical content of its products is relatively high, and the quality level of the product can represent the quality level of China's conveyor belt products to a certain extent.
